  1. TEXT AND PICTURE LINKS
  2.       Explorer makes moving from page to page easy with hypertext links.  Links are text or pictures
  3.       that you click to display new Web pages.  The mouse pointer changes to a hand when it is over a link.
  4.       The link name appears in the lower left corner.  Watch a picture link in action.
